This policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • The product delivered is significantly different from the description

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

  • Personal care, innerwear, or hygiene-sensitive items (unless damaged/defective)

  • Customized or handmade products made to order


2. Return Request Window

To initiate a return, please contact us within:

Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

Please provide the following:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or wrong item)

Our support team will guide you through the process within 24–48 business hours.


4. Return Process

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup (wherever possible) or share the return shipping address.

  • The item must be packed securely to prevent damage during return transit.

  • Please ensure you keep the shipping receipt if you’re self-shipping.


5. Refund Policy

After the returned product passes quality inspection, we will process your refund as per the method below:

Note: COD shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), the return shipping is free.


6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size-related issues (subject to availability)

  • Damaged or wrong products

To request an exchange, please follow the same steps as a return. Exchanges are processed only after we receive the original product back.


7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and you may initiate a return after delivery.

To cancel, email or call us with your Order ID as soon as possible.


8. International Orders

We ship worldwide with love. However, due to customs and logistics, we may not be able to offer free returns outside India. For international returns:

  • Customer will bear the return shipping cost (unless it’s our fault)

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item

We strongly advise checking size charts and product details carefully before placing international orders.
