🚚 1. Shipping Within India (Domestic Shipping)

We offer reliable, fast, and trackable shipping to all locations across India.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, festivals, etc.), processing may take an extra 1–2 days.

🚀 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping above ₹999

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional COD fee may apply (₹50–₹100 depending on the order value)

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be visible at checkout.


🌎 2. International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, and many other countries.

  • International orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

📦 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard International Shipping: 10–15 business days

  • Express International Shipping (if available): 5–8 business days
    Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country and customs.

💰 International Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and shipping method.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with:

  • Your tracking number

  • Link to the courier’s tracking page

You can also track your order status in your Sanfordz account dashboard under “My Orders”.


💼 4. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted and secure logistics partners including:

  • Domestic: Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, Ecom Express, and more

  • International: DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS, India Post (EMS), and other global carriers


🚫 5. Delays or Issues

Although we strive for timely deliveries, delays can happen due to:

  • Natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or pandemics

  • Customs clearance (for international shipments)

  • Incomplete or incorrect address details

We will do our best to notify you in such cases and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.


✉️ 6. Undelivered Orders & RTO (Return to Origin)

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

We will attempt to contact you. If unresponsive, the product will be restocked, and a re-shipping fee may be applicable for redelivery.
